Instructions for Using Student Activities Room
As the place for students' activities, the activities roomis equipped with projection and computer equipment, students should follow the instructions as follow while using the equipment:
1.This room is for activities only. If classes or groups want to use it for discussion, please send the application to the counselor and detailed the events and number of people.
2.There are expensive equipment like projection and computer etc. Students should use it carefully and put them back to the normal when finishing.
3.Pay attention to the public hygiene. Close the equipment after using them and put all desks and chairs back to original position, take out the trash and keep the room clean.
4.Students should pay attention to the Internet environment while using the computer in the activities room.
5.Opening Time: Monday-Friday 8:30am-10:00pm.
Please contact the counselor in advance if you want to use it in the weekend.
